To qualify for veterinary services at our Long Island City, Queens clinic, pet owners must live in one of the following zip codes – zipcodes injection – and show proof of public assistance.

Please bring documentation of one of the following to your appointment:
New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI/Disability), Welfare, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), or Food and Nutrition Service programs (SNAP, WIC)
